Gum Disease Now Linked to Alzheimer's Disease

We have known that gum disease is correlated with heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer. Now, Alzheimer's disease is added to the list.

How to prevent this? Be sure to brush and floss daily, and get your teeth cleaned a minimum of twice a year. If you develop tartar more often, then three or even four visits per year may be needed.

Call us at 650-965-1234. If you are a new patient, we'll clean your teeth and take x-rays for free! If you are an existing patient, we'll give you an extra cleaning this year at no extra charge.

Periodontal disease can cause and/or worsen heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer's disease. If you smoke, or if your gums bleed when you brush or floss, you may be at risk. Call 650-965-1234 or use the form below to request your complimentary cleaning appointment today.
